JOB and STC Class Resource Status

Enhancements have been made in the determination of the ACTIVE and INACTIVE status of JOB and STC class resources:

• A default display method checks the existence of the address space instead of relying on messages.
• You can check for the end-of-memory condition when determining when a resource becomes INACTIVE.
