Count of Triggered Message Rules

Counts of triggered message and message group rules are added to the auditing of UTILIZATION events.

The following message shows the count for a message rule:

NMAU0114 Utilization Event Object="PROD11:EVRULE:RS0001-IEA989I:SLIP TRAP MATCHED" Action="HIT:4" Value=4 Period=60 UTC Date=20100906 UTC Time=01:00:00.23

The following message shows the count for a message group rule:

NMAU0114 Utilization Event Object="PROD11:EVRULE:RS0001-GRP0001:(Message Group Rule)" Action="HIT:2" Value=2 Period=60 UTC Date=20100906 UTC Time=01:00:00.23
