How to Prepare a Windows System for a Web Agent Installation

To prepare your Windows system for a Web Agent installation, you may need to perform one or more of the following tasks, as required by your environment:

• If you are installing a Web Agent on a 64-bit Windows platform, you must install the Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable package first.
• Prepare a non-default IIS web site.
• Install an Apache web server as a service for all users.
