Registration Not on File Error Appears
Symptom:
The Administrative UI registration fails with a registration record not on file error message.
Solution:
Do the following:
- Verify that the client name you entered is identical to the client name you created using XPSRegClient. The value you created must match the value that you enter using the Administrative UI. If you do not have a client name, proceed to step 2.
- Run XPSRegClient to create a client name and passphrase. This is required information to complete the Administrative UI registration process.
