Documentation Install Does Not Remove Older Documentation in Upgrade Scenario (74629)

Symptom:

The SOA Security Manager r12.1 documentation install leaves all existing r12.0 documentation files in place when upgrading to r12.1.

Solution:

This is no longer an issue.
