mime.types File Additions for Windows and UNIX Platforms

The following lines are added to the mime.types file by the setup program:

type=magnus-internal/sfcc exts=sfcc
type=magnus-internal/fcc exts=fcc
type=magnus-internal/scc exts=scc
type=magnus-internal/ccc exts=ccc

These lines set up the mime types to support advanced SOA Security Manager features.
