Log Files

Depending on the problem you are experiencing, Support may request one or more of the following log files:

SOA Agent	SOA Agent log XML Processing Message Log SOA Agent trace log (SOA Agent for Web Servers only) Application server or web server error log Application server or web server access log

Consider the following:

All Policy Server logs are located in policy_server_home\log.

policy_server_home

Specifies the Policy Server installation path.

SOA Agent logs have no default location or default names.
