Reason:
A DEVTYPE call failed for the SMFDOUT ddname.
Action:
If the SMFDOUT ddname is not allocated in the JCL, allocate it and retry the dump. Also ensure the device type for SMFDOUT is either a disk or tape, or that the DD is allocated as DUMMY.
