Reason:
The dynamic allocation call to allocate the SYSIN DD for input to IFASMFDL failed. The variables are the return code from dynamic allocation, the dynamic allocation information code, the dynamic allocation error code, and, if present, the SMS error code.
Action:
Dynamic allocation return codes are documented in IBM's MVS Programming: Authorized Assembler Services Guide in the chapter entitled "Requesting Dynamic Allocation Functions". Examine the error codes to determine what corrective action needs to be taken and retry the dump. Additionally, there may be other messages in the job log that indicate what might have gone wrong.
