Reason:
The two values of STARTDATE and ENDDATE are not compatible with each other. Typically, this happens when the ENDDATE is set to a value that is less than the STARTDATE.
Action:
Examine the values of STARTDATE and ENDDATE and make sure that ENDDATE is equal to or greater than the STARTDATE. Correct any errors and retry the dump.
