Reason:
During a SOURCE DUMP, either the input file or an output file failed to close properly. The job will complete with a return code of 12.
Action:
Examine the system console for messages detailing the specifics of the problem. If the failing close was for a history file, run TAPEINIT before rerunning the dump.
