Reason:
This message appears on the operator console following either message CAF3005E or CAF3006E.
Action:
If the operator enters CANCEL, the 413-04 abend will be percolated, and the job will end. If the operator enters WAIT, CA SMF Director waits five minutes and the open is attempted again. If the open is successful the job continues normally. If the tape needed is still in use, CAF3005E or CAF3006E and this message is issued again. These messages appear every five minutes until the tape becomes available, or the job is cancelled.
