Interface return codes are as follows:
CA SMF Director Service Desk template not found; request opened without a template.
Warning
Error in Communication or Service Desk API. When this error comes up, the feedback is the return code from the Service Desk API. This value combined with the value of the Service Desk API Error Code will indicate what went wrong with the call.
