Reason:
A call was made to open a Service Desk request, but the service desk interface program was not loaded.
Action:
Make sure all load libraries shipped with CA SMF Director are concatenated to STEPLIB or JOBLIB in the job. If they are, verify from your installation that module JMSDETPH installed correctly and is present in the concatenation.
