Reason:
The first WHEN operand on an EXTRACT or PRINT statement is using the offset method to select records for processing. Another WHEN operand was also present on the EXTRACT or PRINT statement. If an offset-method WHEN operand is first, there can be only one WHEN operand.
Action:
Correct the EXTRACT or PRINT statement and rerun the job.
