Reason:

There is not enough memory to allocate a clean-up area for the duplicate SPLIT file index.

Action:

None. The duplicate index is copied without cleaning out unneeded entries.

Note: In the future, if duplicate index cleanup becomes necessary, increase the REGION parameter in the dump process JCL.
