Reason:
During the restore of a SCDS file that contains Service Desk parameters, memory could not be obtained to process these parameters as part of the restore process.
Action:
Increase the amount of memory available to the restore batch job, by increasing the value of the REGION parameter on the JCL. The restore process needs approximately 1 KB of memory below the 16 MB line for this area. If the problem persists, consult with the systems programmer.
