Reason:
An SCDS file restore has been requested, and the operator must approve or deny the request.
Action:
Respond with BYPASS unless instructed otherwise. Respond RESTORE to overlay the old SCDS and initialize a new one.
Be sure the operator is advised to respond with RESTORE if the SCDS is to be overlaid. Otherwise, remove PARM=RESTORE from the EXEC statement.
