Reason:
There was no DD statement in the JCL for the SYSPRINT file.
Action:
Place the appropriate DD statement in the JCL and rerun the job. Note that when dumping SMF data from logstreams, this message will appear if the CAIPRINT DD is not allocated in the JCL.
