Reason:
The selected record types are not mutually exclusive with the types already defined to another substream in the same system.
Action:
Review the LISTC output for all substreams within the same configuration and for the selected records, then specify the records accordingly. If necessary, you can reset the selected types for a substream by coding EXCLUDE(0:255) on STREAMOPTIONS. This will effectively disable that particular substream.
