Pre-Approved Violations

CA RCM allows an administrator to define, per universe, a set of pre-approved violations. This set of pre-approved violations is ignored in audit checks performed on that universe. Also, administrators can provide a description and assign an expiration date to the pre-approved violation.

Pre-Approved violations can be configured to appear as grayed-out in the CA RCM portal, or be hidden entirely.
