Enhanced Export to CA Identity Manager

In previous releases, CA RCM did not distinguish between CA Identity Manager account templates and provisioning roles. Administrators had to manually map these CA Identity Manager entities during export.

In this release, there is automatic correction for roles, user-resource links, and role-resource links without account template information. All invalid roles and links are treated as though they were changed by the user and exist only in the model.

The following new processes support this enhancement:

• Export Master Model Deltas with model auto fix—creates an audit card that lists the new roles CA RCM creates to reconcile changes in the model configuration.
• Export Master Model Deltas with model fix—creates a detailed error ticket with links to the audit card, if errors were found in the model configuration.
