Certification campaigns are the primary interaction most business managers have with CA RCM. Significant effort has been devoted to improving the user experience for participants in certification campaigns. Many of these improvements have also been applied to other ticket-based interactions.
Tickets representing review tasks have been redesigned. These tickets present information in a two-step structure that is easier to understand and use than in previous versions:
Many aspects of the display are customizable, and can be changed from campaign to campaign.
To complement the new design, all labels and text have been rewritten for usability. New tooltips, legends, and information panels guide the user in context to successful task completion.
Administrators can use customizable email templates and other advanced campaign options of this release to further enhance the experience of participants in certification reviews.
