Home Page and Ticket Usability

In this release, the CA RCM portal home page and ticket-based interactions have been redesigned for enhanced usability by administrators and business managers.

The home pages gives a graphical overview of the certification campaigns and other processes relevant to the user. The main panel displays the Inbox, which lists recent process tickets. Users can customize the information displayed in the inbox table.

The home page, inbox, and task tickets include graphical displays of campaign progress and other business-related metrics, action cues, and new icons and symbols.

Note: For more information, see the Portal User Guide. Due to these extensive changes, user filters and other details of ticket-based interaction differ from previous releases.
