How to Install CA RCM Server Components on a Single Computer

In a single CA RCM server installation, you use the CA RCM installer on a Windows computer to:

• Create CA RCM databases on a database server you specify.
• Install the CA RCM server and Workpoint server on the same Windows computer.

The CA RCM server application installation also installs a customized version of the JBoss Application Server automatically.

To install CA RCM server components on a single computer, follow these steps:

1. Install the CA RCM and Workpoint Servers on the same computer.
2. Verify successful installation.
3. Import Workpoint Processes.
4. Configure SSL Communications.
