JBoss as Windows Service

When you implement CA RCM in a Windows/JBoss environment, you can configure the JBoss application server to run automatically as a Windows service. In release 12.5 this configuration caused performance problems in the CA RCM service.

In the current release, this configuration works smoothly with no performance issues.
