Reporting Database

The reporting database lets you create custom reports from CA RCM data and integrate third-party tools for reporting purposes.

An extraction mechanism saves CA RCM data into an external database (reporting database) using a normalized schema. You connect to this database using a third-party tool (such as BusinessObjects) and generate custom reports.
