To help you populate the CA Repository Exchange for IMS with instances defining PSBs and PCBs, the CA Repository Exchange for IMS Interface includes a scanner utility that you can use to extract PSB definitions directly from PSBGEN statements. This program reads PSBGEN statement and inserts or updates repository instances as necessary to create PSB definitions in the repository. A PSB will be reused and updated if there is already one with the specified name in the first search status.
