PDF Interface Displays Error Message when Creating a Ticket

Valid on the PDA interface

Symptom:

If two or more contacts have the same first name, last name, and middle name combination and I add the user to the End User, Requester, or Assignee fields, I cannot create tickets from the PDA interface.

The PDA interface displays one of the following error messages:

• Multiple Matches - Affected End User: XXXX
• Multiple Matches - Requester: XXXX
• Multiple Matches - Assignee: XXXX

Solution:

Use the regular CA SDM user interface which does not display these errors.
