Download and Install the CA Business Intelligence r3.2 SP5 Patch

CA Business Intelligence supports the entire range of performance management, reporting, querying, and analysis applications. You must install the SP5 patch to complete the CA Business Intelligence installation.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the following link: 
    ftp://ftp.ca.com/caproducts/CABI/CABI-3.x/boeXIR3_SP5/
  2. Download the appropriate CA Business Intelligence r3.2 SP5 patch.

    For example, you download the cabi-windows-boeXIR3_SP5.zip file for Windows.

  3. Extract the zip file and execute biekpatch.
