View the Change Calendar

CA SDM can launch various change management features (in compliance with ITIL and COBIT standards) to view or create change orders after selecting a day on the Change Calendar. New change orders are automatically scheduled for the selected day.

The Change Calendar reports conflicts, mismatches, and potential risks among change schedules, change orders, and CIs. You can use the calendar to understand upcoming changes, their potential impacts on the IT environment, and much more.

To view the Change Calendar

  1. Click the Change Calendar tab.

    The Change Calendar filter fields appear.

  2. Complete the search fields to display a calendar view showing the schedule for the change orders of interest.
  3. Click Search.

    The change order calendar displays information that matches your search criteria.
