How to Implement Mailboxes

CA SDM provides a default mailbox (named Default) that is active and that you can use in your organization. You can modify the default mailbox, create additional mailboxes, or both.

To implement mailboxes, do the following preliminary steps:

  1. Edit the Default mailbox.
  2. Update the mailbox rules and policies as appropriate.

    The mailbox is active and begins polling. The first poll occurs after one second.
