Find Procedures for Knowledge Administration

CA SDM provides step-by-step procedures for knowledge administration in this guide and in the Online Help.

To find step-by-step procedures for knowledge administration in the Online Help

1. Log in to CA SDM.

   The CA SDM main page appears.

2. Do any of the following actions:
   • Click Help, Help from the main menu and navigate the Online Help to Administration, Knowledge Administration.

     The Knowledge Administration topics appear and you can navigate the hierarchy to locate the information you want.

   • Click Help, Help on This Window from the main menu.

     The Online Help appears and displays a help topic for the page for which you want information.
