Change Management in CA SDM

CA SDM Change Management is a set of features for Change Managers, Change Coordinators, and Change Advisory Board (CAB) members to coordinate the review and approval of change requests for CI components and services. For example, Change Managers can review and approve all changes to CI components and services to ensure that no new security vulnerabilities are introduced into the production environment. The Change Manager leads the CAB and is responsible for the ultimate approval of change requests.
