Determine if the LDAP Connection is not Available

If a connection cannot be made to the LDAP server for any reason, LDAP Entries, Merge LDAP, or any other LDAP functionality, becomes disconnected and returns no results. In such instances, the stdlog shows messages similar to the following examples when accessing those operations:
