The OSFTSLDORM parameter determines, in seconds, how long OSF TSL servers can remain dormant before they are automatically terminated. This parameter takes effect only if the number of active OSF TSL servers is greater than the value of the OSFTSLMIN parameter and it decrements the servers one per OSFTSLDORM dormant period cycle as long as there is no other OSF TSL server activity occurring.
