WLM is in COMPAT mode or WLM is not available on this system.

WLM/ERR

There is an error in communicating with WLM. Reissue the command after 2-3 seconds to try to obtain results.

SS_N/A

The CA OPS/MVS subsystem is not available, or internal communications are not possible.
