OPSCTL COF commands produce the following return codes:
The COF found no matches to the selection criteria that were specified.
There is no command output from the remote command.
A command syntax error occurred.
A system service error occurred.
An invalid system name was specified.
No last message was received from the remote command.
The COF DEFINE command failed.
The COF DELETE command failed.
The COF ACTIVATE or COF DEACTIVATE command failed.
An ACTIVATE command added more DESTIDS than are allowed (over 100). Only the first 100 in alphabetic sequence are retained.
The COF interface is not initialized.
