Output Returned from External Environments

CA GSS returns output from a host command forwarded by CA OPS/MVS to the external data queue of the OPS/REXX program that issued the command. The RC variable receives one of these values:

• -20, if CA GSS is not active or it fails
• -3, if CA GSS also does not recognize the named host environment
• The return code from the host command, in all other cases
