The STARTTEXT argument specifies that, for started task elements, an alternate start command may be supplied for ARM restart events. The text of the command may contain upper and lower case text up to 126 characters in length. AOF ARM rules can also be used to supply start text or alternate JCL. The default is the original start command text.
