CA OPS/MVS can distribute operational functions over a wide group of users, so you will want to ensure that these users cannot either accidentally or purposefully abuse access to these functions. CA OPS/MVS primarily limits the access of users to its functions through security rules, a type of AOF rule that enables you to design your own security procedures.
