Specify DEFAULTS EXEC

(Optional) After becoming comfortable with operating SOF in safe mode, operations may be made more convenient if a DEFAULTS EXEC command is placed in the INITCMDS file, so that parameter EXEC does not have to be coded on each connectivity control command.
