Moves the cursor to a specific row and column on the screen.

MVCURSOR TERM1 1 1
Return code:
 0 - Command completed successfully.
 4 - MVCURSOR command not executed. Warning message was issued:
     Terminal name is not defined.
     Terminal is disabled.
12 - Invalid row/column specified.
