The DEQ command produces these return codes:
The command executed successfully.
The command did not execute because the named terminal is disabled, or because the command specified a nonexistent terminal name.
The command failed. When this occurs, EPI issues this error message:
No ENQ was found. Error posting next ENQ in chain.
