The TERMTYPE argument specifies that the REGISTER request may optionally specify the termination type for which the restart is performed.
ELEMTERM
Restricts restarts to failures on the current system. In the event of a system failure
Allows restarts for both the current system and other systems in the sysplex.
Automatically restarts the element if the system on which the element is registered terminates or is removed from the sysplex, provided that TERMTYPE is set to SYSTERM. However, the element will not restart if it unexpectedly terminates. This applies to standard jobs or started tasks.
Distinguishes an abstract element from a conventional job or started task restart element. These elements are not tied to specific address spaces. The register request and subsequent requests can be issued from any address space and are identified by the TOKEN argument.
