CA Anomaly Detector provides a diverse set of sensors that search for potential network anomalies in the data that the CA NetQoS Performance Center data sources collect.
Most sensors are enabled by default. The sensors become active as soon as you add the supporting data source to CA Anomaly Detector. You can disable sensors or apply filtering to exclude selected devices for individual sensors.
Sensor configuration also includes a probability component. This component controls the sensor sensitivity and the frequency of alerts. For more information about probability thresholds, see Probability Thresholds.
