Restore the Poller Database

You can restore data from a backup of a CA NFA Poller database. The steps in this topic are for restoring data on a Windows server, but the database path is the same for a Linux server.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in with administrator rights.
  2. Stop the CA NFA Poller service in the Services window.

Note: On a Linux server that has a Harvester installed, stop the following nfa_poller service.

  3. Restore the database directory from its backup location to the following location on the Harvester server or the standalone server: <NFA_install_path>\MySql51\data\poller.
  4. Restart the CA NFA Poller service (or the nfa_poller service on Linux).
