Create ToS Groups

Create ToS groups to help users get optimal results from custom reports and analyses.

Follow these steps:

  1. Display the ToS Group Configuration page:
    1. Select Administration from the NFA console menu.

      The Administration page opens.

    2. Select Groups: ToS Groups from the Administration page menu.

The ToS Group Configuration page opens and displays information specific to the selected ToS group and domain.

  2. Click Add.

The ToS Group Configuration page displays options for identifying a new ToS group.

  3. Enter values in the Name and Description boxes.

The name and description appear in the following locations:

  4. Click Add.

A new shell group is created. You return to the ToS Group Configuration page. The new ToS group name appears in the list of ToS groups.

  5. Add ToS values to the group:
    1. Select the new group from the ‘Select a ToS group’ list.
    2. (Optional) Select a domain from the Domain list, provided you have multiple domains available and you have created domain-specific ToS labels.

Note: The Domain setting is displayed only when your environment has multiple domains configured. If only one domain exists, no Domain setting is displayed.

    3. Click Add/Remove.

The ToS Index dialog opens. The ToS list displays the ToS labels that have been defined for the currently selected domain.

    4. Select the ToS values to add by clicking their check boxes.
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Save.

You return to the ToS Group Configuration page, which displays a list of the ToS values in the ToS group.

The ToS group is listed in the ToS Group Index that a user displays from the report wizard for defining an Analysis report or Custom report.
