An SNA resource record is created automatically when an SNA resource is discovered and included in the SNA network model.

If you want to change the operations behavior of a resource, update the SNA resource model association in the record.

The following diagram shows the relationship between SNA resource records and models.

The diagram shows the SNA resource models issuing commands to the SNA resources and the SNA resource records receiving messages from those resources.
