Monitor Expired Message to Server Log

This enhancement sends message TN51501 to the server’s JES Message Log as well as the terminal. This message displays when the Performance Management Assistant server terminates a pending monitor because it has exceeded its schedule time limit.

Currently, the message is returned to the TSO user that issued the monitor invoke, but only if that user is signed on. Otherwise the user will never see it.
